Refund & Returns Policy

At Rust Free Truck Beds, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the truck bed must:

• Be in the same condition as received
• Not be installed, modified, or damaged after delivery
• Be returned with all original components (if applicable)

Due to the nature of our products, all returns must be approved before being shipped back.

N0n-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Truck beds that have been installed or altered
• Items damaged due to improper handling after delivery
• Custom or special-order truck beds
• Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include:

• Clear photos of the item and any damage
• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue

We will review your claim and work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange, please contact us to arrange the process.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.
